She specializes in sex therapy, relational healing, and working with alternative relationship styles, helping clients overcome shame, embrace pleasure, and cultivate authentic intimacy. The Redhead Therapist offers a safe space for anyone seeking to improve their sexual well-being and connect more deeply with themselves and their partners. Brian is a skilled somatic practitioner dedicated to helping individuals and couples heal from trauma, regulate their nervous systems, and deepen their connection through somatic experiencing. With a compassionate, grounded approach, Brian supports clients in releasing emotional and physical tension stored in the body, facilitating profound healing and self-awareness.
